Very sick, scared about baby

I've come down with a terrible flu complete with fever that my OB told me is likely viral so just to take Tylenol and treat the symptoms while it goes away on its own. I'm now on day 4 of suffering and have taken medicine as little as necessary but I'm terrified I'm damaging the baby - I'm a fairly holistic person but I am suffering so badly I need the medicine. I will call my OB again tomorrow but I know he will just give me antibiotics as a precaution or tell me to continue waiting. This is my second and my first pregnancy was pure bliss but I've been so nauseous with this one and now I feel like death. 😭 any words of encouragement?
