So, let me start off by saying that my last period was on November 30th till December 7th 2017. Anyways, my period is, and always has been irregular. I’ve had my period since I was 10 and I’m 21 now so I’ve had it for quite a while so I guess it’s just going to be irregular forever 😒. As I said before, my period was quite a while ago, so as <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> said I was expecting it on January 1st. Well. It didn’t come. A few weeks passed and still no period. Ive been looking after my baby niece (she’s 8 months old and has a fractured skull) for a while and today it was my brothers 26th birthday party. The birthday was at a very fancy restaurant so I decided to dress me and my niece nicely. I was wearing a skin tight, WHITE bodycon dress, and since my period hasn’t come for so long (it’s about 30 days late, so I’ve had a 60 day cycle) I didn’t think it would be a problem. Well. This morning I woke up with a hell of a lot of discharge, so I thought, hmm, my period is gonna come soon cause this normally happens before it comes. Just in case anything happened, I put on a pantyliner because like I said I was wearing a tight dress and a g-string (no, I don’t say thong because here in Australia thongs are shoes) so I couldn’t wear a pad, and a tampon would have been WAYYY to painful to pull out dry. My brothers GF had booked the reservation for 7:30pm so earlier that day I got my hair done and my legs and eyebrows waxed so I was all fresh and nice. We had arrived at around 7:15pm and about 1/2 way in I had to take my niece into the change room and change her nappy. I went in to the bathroom and I changed her nappy and then I was like, hmmm, I have to pee. So I went to pee and there was nothing on my pantyliner. Well then I wiped and I saw the dreaded blood. My first thought was F@#& I JUST GOT MY PERIOD IN A FRICKIN FIVE STAR RESTAURANT WHILE WEARING A WHITE BLOODY DRESS! Stupid me didn’t even bring a pad with me just Incase so I just pulled up my undies and went out and whispered to my boyfriend and he was like, “ohhh, that’s why you were so grumpy earlier.” I do have to admit, I was pretty grumpy before and e knows how I get when my period is coming because we were childhood BFF’s so he knows how I act when AF is here. I also had been getting cramps for about a week but I just swept it under the rug. Long story short, I just sat down for the whole night and didn’t stand up. By the end of the night everything was okay and I just put in a pad and that was that. I just wanted to share that to prove that periods come at the worst time ever. LIKE WHY NOT AN HOUR EARLIER! LOL
