WTF just happened..

I had the oddest sudden punch of a feeling...all at once! Needed to shit, puke, and my round ligament pain went to a crazy high, and then some cramps. Wtf is this? This was killing me and I’m still feeling some after effects. I’m going to be a FTM and I’m curious. Also I’m 31 weeks
