6 wks pregnant and spotting

Hey ladies,

Woke up this morning fine, had sex and since then have had spotting and cramps. I freaked out as I’ve had an ectopic pregnancy before and I lost a tube. The spotting stopped but I still went to the hospital, they gave me an ultra sound and couldn’t find any internal bleeding. Doctor said it was ok and sent me home with a referral to get an internal done in the next few days. Spotting and cramps are back. I know I should be ok, but I’m loosing my mind.
