Last night my husband and I were having sex he said he was gonna come so I stopped
For a minute (we are TTC and wanted it to last a little longer. He grabbed me and put his dick back in. He thought he came but there was no evidence of it. He was able to keep going and gave me a good orgasm but hen went soft after that. Not sure what happened here...did he come but not ejaculate?

if he says he did then he probably did, but didnt have much juice to give you. maybe you should only do every other day to keep his supply up

If he recently had already ejaculated, his body wouldn’t have had the time to build enough back up. It’s happened to my husband before when we have sex frequently in a short amount of time. If it’s happening EVERY time, he could be masturbating too frequently or need to see a doctor if his body isn’t actually making semen.
