I was diagnosed with pcos Christmas last year and my partner and I hvae been trying to convince naturally without medical help but nothing is working. We arent stressing about it but it really hurts when you have friends and family being able to have a baby with no drama (which im extremely happy for them) and even family that have fallen pregnant and not kept the baby 😭😭😭 Ive been to the doctors and they have helped a little but not alot is there some advice on ideas or help anyone can give me? I do really want to try without <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> or anything else first. Also side note; I do not have cysts, I have these dozens of tiny little flakes around my right overy which is causing it to be swollen and inflammed and preventing anything from actually reaching that far, my left overy is 100% okay but due to the swelling or something to do with the right nothing goes there either.....
