The point of dating is to see who you might want to spend your life with.  Not all relationships are the “one”.   It’s ok to end a relationship that isn’t bringing either of you happiness.

My husband and I have been together since 2011. There are definitely times when you just don't feel "in love" anymore. There are days when you get pull-your-hair-out frustrated. Some days you just aren't feeling it. Being in love is experiencing an emotion, a brain chemistry thing.
Truly loving someone is wanting the best for the other person. It's being willing to ride out the hard times. Its continually working on the relationship. It's knowing that the relationship is worth the effort. It's knowing in your heart that you want to be with that person, no matter what.
This doesn't apply to abusive relationships, cheating partners, etc.
Just sit down and have an open conversation and see where the relationship is for you. You're not obligated to make a certain decision. For me, the lower points now the relationship are far outweighed by how happy I am with him and how much I'm still willing to work on the relationship. Because emotions come and go, but love is still there no matter what. Good luck!
