What are some of the best ways to lose weight in the gym? I normally do 20 minutes on the treadmill at a 3.5ish speed and a big incline to keep my HR up. And then 20 minutes on the elliptical at 4.8ish to keep my HR up as well. What do I need to be doing to help with weight loss? I have lost three pounds since Thursday but wanted to know if there was something more effective in the gym.
