Animals sensing pregnancy?

Did your dog or cat know you were pregnant before you got a bfp? My dog keeps sniffing and licking my belly. Kinda weird. Can you explain your situation?

My dog randomly started following me everywhere as I got ready in the mornings. Normally he would lay in one spot, 2 days later found out I was pregnant. To this day he still follows me everywhere or makes sure he has an eye on me and keeps sniffing me.

My dog wouldn't leave me alone. 28 weeks and she still follows me around. Lays next to me puts her head on my tummy. She's not usually my dog she's my husbands dog and the only other time she payed me any attention was when I was pregnant with my daughter and when she started this again we both knew. She started this maybe 7 dpo.
