Has anyone ever met one of their friends bf and think “wtf why are you even with them”

Like my friends bf is so immature even tho he’s a year younger than me (I’m 19, he 18). I get girls are more mature for their age than guys but he takes to another level, feel like I’m with a 15 year old.

Then my friend keeps saying “he likes to talk like a ned* bc he’s taking the piss out of them but it comes across as him being serious and idk why he does it” and I find it so annoying bc he doesn’t come across like it’s taking the piss but like he’s trying to be hard.

So when I talk to him I look at him like that or do this nervous laugh bc I want to escape the situation.

Wanna support my friend but at the same time I’m like “don’t put me in a room with him”. My friend already feels bad bc her work friends don’t like him so I kinda don’t want to make her feel more disappointed but don’t wanna lie.
