Can’t tell?!

I can’t tell if I have line eyes and I’m seeing things or if this is negative. Only 10 dpo so I will be testing later in the week but I have my annual obgyn appointment tomorrow and want to give them a heads up if it’s looking possible! Any insight would be greatly appreciated!! Best of luck to all ttc!!
