Let’s talk Protein
How do you girls get protein in? I am on my second pregnancy and didn’t feel jittery/shakey like this with my first. I believe it due to not enough protein. And of corse double the blood flow going through me.
How do you girls get your protein in other meat? Breakfast and lunch ideas appreciated!!
My go to’s are oatmeal, yogurt, scoop of peanut butter or insure high protein drinks.
