Ovulation pain!

Anyone have ovulation pain after a Mc? I am suppose to ovulate today(according to apps) and this past three days I have been having horrible cramps, headances, lower back pain and tons of CM. Before my MC I would never know when I ovulate! It almost feels like I’m pregnant! 😯
