I didn’t start getting cramps until i was almost 16. Got my period at like 12.

When I first got my period at 11 I didn’t get cramps but 2 years later I got them reeeeal bad.

29 and I have never gotten cramps. Maybe a mild discomfort at times, but that’s it. 😊

I'm 27 and have never gotten a period cramp in my life. The only cramps I've had are associated with pregnancy and  postpartum healing. Hopefully you luck out like I did and it stays that way!

Didn’t get cramps until I turned 18 honestly, then they were so severe I cried a lot. The severeness of mine I’m pretty sure are not normal though and my OBGYN thinks it may be because of pelvic pain so I am setting up an appointment with a pelvic pain specialist.
