Weird period help please!

So I just got out of a stressful enviorment. When I was in that enviorment my period stopped for 2 months in sept and oct into mid nov. Well ever since I left in late Nov my period started but it's just spotting with spurts of getting heavier for a day and then stopping for a day or two. Uterine lining in any blood is very sparse. Endometriosis runs rampent in women of my family and ever since I started my period I've had symptoms. We're TTC now and I hope this doesn't impede on anything. I'll see a dr soon but I'm still really worried about my fertility.
