Super bad cramps
I’m 3 days into my cycle and my cramps are outrageous. Plus I have a super heavy flow. Heat isn’t helping and I already took two ibuprofen. I’m only 14,, and don’t know much on cramps. Currently laying in bed screaming like an alpaca. Send HeLp
