My ever growing food baby...
I have my engagement party in less than two weeks and I’ve already got my dress (it’s a strapless bodycon fit) but I don’t want my stomach to show 😕
I’ve had a stressful few weeks where I’ve been finishing up a summer class for uni and I’ve been basically working full time and am in the process of moving house. So I haven’t really been watching my health 😪
I wouldn’t call myself healthy, but I do try and maintain my shape usually, and I’m still the same size and everything, just the little food bump I’ve got going 😂😂
Is there anything I can do to flatten the stomach a little in the time I have left? Like any diet or exercise tips? I just get really self conscious about this stuff 😰😰😰
