I'm 6 weeks pregnant, on Friday they told me that the baby heartbeat is very slow and it can lead to a miscarriage or it can still continue as a healthy pregnancy. They said if I have heavy bleeding and bad cramps to go get checked right away ,and so today I was bleeding but not heavy heavy bleeding , just regular pinkish/red bleeding but I had no type of cramping and then after a few minutes the bleeding stopped, does this mean I had a miscarriage or I'm about to have one ?
