I got the iud 5 days ago. I was on the mini pill before hand and I stopped taking them about a day ago and so I had a period. And I wasn’t thinking and I used a tampon. I don’t think I was supposed to. But I think I’m ok. I’m still cramping badly from the iud, how long does the cramping last? And my ovary area feels warm. I’m just freaking out basically over every little thing. I have no one to talk to about iud experiences so please help. Also am I supposed to feel my strings? And how long am I going to bleed?
