Yes, buy Plan B, you’ll need to take it ASAP to be effective. When I was using the pill for birth control I always used condoms as well- the pill isn’t 100% effective and I felt safer having a back up (plus they are better at preventing STFs).

Take Plan B. It's unlikely, but certainly possible. Plan B can mess up your cycle, even if you're on birth control, so don't be surprised if your periods end up weird for a few months. And, of course, always remember that no birth control is 100% and that pills offer no protection from STDs.

If you’re having that much trouble remembering your pill, I would look into a different form of birth control. Also use condoms. But realize even if you use both there’s still a chance of pregnancy and if you aren’t ready for that then you don’t need to be having sex.

You can most definitely get pregnant. By the plan B today or it won’t be effective. Friday was the day with no pill. You have until tomorrow I think to take it. 
And if you end up late for your period, take a test. If it’s negative then it’s just the plan B messing your cycle up a bit.
