22 weeks 1 Day with Twin Boys! At risk for Preterm Labor

Hello everyone,

I am currently 22w1d with twin boys. I am very excited bc I will be a first time mom. At my 20w appointment with my OB I was told my cervix was short 2.2 CM and that I am at risk for preterm Labor. My OB put me on progesterone suppositories. I’m suppose to take them every night at bedtime. I was told by my doctor last week not to worry everything looks fine and the medication is helping. She hasn’t put me on bed rest yet which I am surprised by. However, I still do my best to take it easy. I’m going to be a single mom the father hasn’t played any part in my pregnancy so I don’t a supportive partner to speak to about this. I am very scared and hope to make it to at least 35w. Has anyone gone through this? If so, what were some of the precautions you took to prevent preterm Labor?
