Boy Problems

There is this guy that I was talking to.{He used to tell me all those cute stuff} I found out he got with some girl. Anyways he recently started talking to me again and didn't even example him self. He then tries to talk to me about things like 'wife material'. Tbh I don't think I want anything to do with him anymore. Please let me know your thoughts on what I should do.
