so, my boyfriend and I are ttc after 8 years tg. we've talked about having another but it just never happened. we have never actively tried but never used protection other than the implanon. I had my implanon placed 8 years ago-it was a 3 year device. and I literally just got it out last july sho it was expired for a while. after I got it out, I had one reg period. had short periods in Sept and oct. but I skipped nov and Dec and did not ovulate euther month. I got a hormone panel done and had high dhea-s and testosterone. I finally got a period this month that lasted 13 days. super heavy the whole time. I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with getting pregnant after implanon. I am trying to start positive but im really scared that I left it in too long and I've completely ruined my reproductive system. 😔😔😔 please if anyone has any advise or any success stories, I would greatly appreciate it reading them 😊
