My baby is wheezing coughing I’m not using any meds just tylenol here and there n baby chest rub any other home remedies

Being first time Mom I would go see the doctor n make sure they are always covered with socks hand mittens hat thingy etc cause it’s winter

I would take baby to the doc tomorrow for sure. My son was 1 when I took him for the same thing come to find out he has asthma. And where I left it untreated, because I thought it was a bad cold that would pass he ended up with pneumonia. Because he needed a certain medication that he was not getting because I was unaware. He now has a inhaler and a nebulizer he takes rounds of abutoral (not sure exact spelling off head) every 4 hours until his wheezing and cough are completely gone.

If he’s wheezing be sure to NOT put the Vic’s on his chest. If he is an asthmatic this could make it much harder for baby to breathe. A humidifier if you have it would be best.
