How do u shave down “there” if u never have before?

I honestly don’t know if ur supposed wax or shave or something bc I hear u can get those ingrown hairs. I really wanna be clean and all but idk how...

I used to shave... started waxing and know I just believe everyone should get a Brazilian wax... the shaving was too much for me I got tired of how long it takes... I would itch when the hair would regrow... which for me was like 2 days later... I hated it waxing results last so much longer... you can get ingrowns either way...you just have to watch out for them...

Trim the hairs short first, be careful not to snip anything lol. Then go in the shower and let the warm water run over the area for a bit (this helps soften the skin) use hair conditioner or some kind of mild bodywash and use a decent amount. Shave in a downwards direction and make sure you use a good razor. Shaving against the hair is more likely to result in ingrown hairs and razor burn. If you feel lots of tugging as you shave then the razor probably isn't sharp enough. Afterwards make sure you moisturise the area well.    I use alcohol free aloe vera gel but you could use coconut oil or something like that
