Advice on telling parents?

I’m 21, still in school, and not with the babies father. I’m 21 weeks along and still haven’t told my parents. It’s like I can’t get the words out 😥 any advice?

Sit them down and start off by saying everything is ok, and you have plans. Tell them about your wonderful jobs and how great school is going and that you are going to make the best life for yourself and your baby (throw that part in to tell them. Include a name if you have one and a picture or two.) even though you are not with the baby's father, they raised you to be strong, smart, and independent and you are so happy to share your news with them.

I was 16 and 8 months when I told mine lol I took them out to dinner and was like btw. I had already graduated and had my own apartment, car and was attending college so not much they could do

I got pregnant with my first at 20 and was terrified to tell my parents. I sat them down and said it right out. Instead of getting upset like I anticipated, they were very excited and supportive. I felt better instantly. Be honest and be confident, good luck!!

Just tell them rip off the band aid u could always tell them with a cute package or reveal to them an make it excited. or if really comes down u could always text them.  lol but but advise face to face or phone call

I’m 20 and currently still in school, i told my dad first because he’s more laid back then I basically just threw my pee stick at me mom and stood by the door just in case I needed to make a quick escape lol but she was chocked up and was crying
