when does the doc usually do the ultrasound for gender? 
I can't wait I'm at 20 weeks

Anatomy scan is usually between 18-20 weeks, you can find out the gender at that time usually.

ugh, I was so upset, when I went for my scan.
there was lots of ladies waiting their apt., 
the ultrasound tech said " we're going to just say it's a girl, because the baby is moving so much" 
she was just in a hurry, and didn't take the time..
 so I'm left with this, maybe... 😠🤔🙄😑
I asked for another ultrasound, and they just said id have to pay out of pocket.

my dr asked me if I wanted to know the gender an of course I said  yes so he ordered a blood test they took 8 tubes of blood and 2 weeks later I found out IT'S A GIRL!

They usually get a chance to check the sex at the anatomy scan, which is usually around 20 weeks. I’ve never heard of a doctor doing an ultrasound JUST to check the sex though
