so I got my period a few days ago, normally I'm a 7 day cycle for my period. but I've come down with the flu. the first two days were medium to heavy, passing clots and lots of blood. The last two days have been spotting. little to nothing at all. and it's pretty much stopped now (day 5) my cycle is finally regulating itself again, it was really really irregular for a long time. last month it was 2 days late this month it was right on time. could my cycle just be regulating? or could the flu be messing with my flow?
