So I am trying to avoid getting pregnant. A day or two can make a huge difference fertility percentage wise. I also try to wear tampons as little as possible because I'm prone to infections (using organic cotton tampons has helped a lot! Also, an essential oil blend of oregano and melaleuca oil with coconut oil to dilute it has helped a lot).

While I was logging my period this last time, I began to wonder if I have been logging accurately. My periods are pretty light and the last day or two of four/five days, I won't have to wear a tampon and barely have any discharge. How long are your periods? Is the last day of your period the day before you have absolutely no discharge? It's so light the last couple days, I am beginning to question if they can be considered period days.
