Bleeding after positive test

I had a positive test yesterday and started minor bleeding last night , tested again this morning and my test was lighter. As the morning has progressed I started heavy bleeding and cramping. I know this most likely indicates a miscarriage has anyone else went through this and had a positive outcome?
