help motivate me!!

today I downloaded the "lose it" app to help count my calorie intake. now I need to find a nice workout routine to start after my 6wk check up next Tuesday! I'm a super picky eater & junk food is my go-to lol it's just easiest to eat. but I really want to lose this baby weight & get to about 150lbs (I'm 200 now, 5'7") pre-pregnancy of my first I was 130 (just had my 4th). I live in NE Ohio so it's winter & too chilly to take any of my kids on walks so I'll be doing in home workouts for now. BUT, how do I stop craving junk food AND how can I stop myself from eating it. it's so tempting!
