so confused

My charts look like a 3 year old just splattered a bunch of different colored paints on a canvas. My temp is up and down everyday and I had random days of spotting. Glow said I should have had AF last Thursday but still nothing. My last AF came 20 days after my previous but it was also my first cycle off the pill. I have been on the pill for 6 years and AF has always been 25 to 26 between each other. I'm not feeling any cramps or a crave for chocolate like I would normally most times AF comes. I tested the day before AF was due with a BFN so I am wondering how much longer do I go before testing again or even just going to see my doc. is anyone else going through this or has been? #lookingforafriend
