Vaccination side effects?

My two months old baby had vaccination last week Wednesday. Yesterday(Sunday), my baby did a poo three times. Usually my baby does a poo once every two days(formula fed). It’s 2;45pm today(Monday) and my baby has done a poo already. My baby’s stomach keeps rumbling/gurgling too even after my baby has been fed. Is this diarrhea? could this be an effect of the vaccination? My baby’s body temperature is normal. My baby was given oral vaccine and three injections. We are in the UK. My baby who had started sleeping through the night has been waking up every 2-3 hours since having the vaccine for feeding
