So I’m about to start my third cycle on 2.5 mg Femara, and I’m feeling super discouraged. My doctor prescribed it because I wasn’t maturing eggs, but she didn’t want to do ultrasounds because ovarian cysts are low risk on this med.

Now I’m starting to worry that the medicine isn’t helping, but I don’t want to be that woman... Doctor gave me 6 months on this med before we go to a specialist, and the thought of 4 more pointless cycles makes me want to break down.

What should I do? Buckle in and try to trust the process? Call and be that woman with a nurse who I already don’t like? Has anyone been in this situation?
