TTC questions

Okay yesterday think I was getting ready to ovulate or I was ovulating, cause my t line wasn’t as dark as the control line, how do I know if I got pregnant or the Sperm swam up there and attached? Do you just wait for my next period? I should start around the 18-20 feb. do you think I will experience and pregnancy symptoms? Please help

Ps: we have had sex all week, and last night we came together and I didn’t pee until this morning to try and give it a chance to work it’s magic. My ovulation day is the 5th.
