Teeth or something else?

So yesterday Madison was very cranky abd clingy, abd running a low temp of 100. She was eating abd playing so I pushed it off for her teething. This morning her temp was 102'", and very sleepy. I brought her to the drs and they checked her ears abd throat. They said its a mix of teething and a virus. Shes been awake for a total of maybe 2 hours today. She hasn't gotten down to play and has only had peanut butter crackers and has nursed all morning.

I'm worried its something more, the dr was so quick to say its viral. She is not her self. Should I get a second opinion? with the flu so bad this year I'm really paranoid. Shes snuggled up with me watching the troll movie.
