Help!!!

I had unprotected sex and he came inside of me a day before my period. And had came on my period. I’m already on the pill and have been on it regularly. I don’t feel any different but I can’t help but be nervous about the possibility of being pregnant. Can someone help & explain to me that I’m good and have nothing to worry about?
