Hi,

So I went for my first scan/OB appointment yesterday, supposed to be 8 weeks and 3 days. scan showed I was only measuring 4 weeks 4 days. There was a bit of blood in the sac and all she could see in the sac was the yolk sac. This just be a missed miscarriage right? So I have had this embryo that stopped growing at 4 weeks 4 days, in me without life for around 4 weeks.. haven't bled yet. Still have symptoms like occasional nausea and fatigue and bloating. Has anyone els had this? I'm confused at what's going on.
