Social media

Is this app (eve.) considered social media? My dad doesn't want me to have any social media (I'm homeschooled ao I don't really get the chance to talk to too many people) and I just wanted to know.

I do actually use this app to track my period but I do read things about sex and masturbation and both my parents think I'm a whore (even though I'm actually a virgin).

Since this app has many things about sex and masturbation on it and i have really conservative parents, I don't know what to do or if I might get in trouble.
