Stabbing pain in uterus...

I'm 12dpo and have stabbing pains in my uterus there quick and painful. I have been having these since yesterday. I have also had some small cramps around my ovaries (both sides but mainly the right side which is the side I ovulated from). Anyone experience this? Did you end up being pregnant? I tested yesterday and got a bfn but hopefully it was just to early. I O'd on cd 16.
