Levest pill - spots???

So I've been on microgrynon since I ever first went on the pill, they recently changed the name of it to levest but j was assured it was exactly the same..... Lately my skin has just been so bAd in break outs it's really annoying me. Why could this be happening and what should I do?!!

Please advise ladies it's getting me down!!!! X
