TMI PIC IN COMMENTS!!

My period is due the 3rd of February. And On Saturday the 27th (exactly 1 week before period is due) I had a light red discharge when I wiped. Maybe I can show someone a picture of it to help me clarify because I’m confused on spotting. Is spotting and discharge the same? I have not had any actual blood come out by itself like a period. Just in my discharge. Im wondering if this was implantation bleeding?
