Is mom brain a thing?

I was gonna go grocery shopping today with my 2 month old, but then changed my mind because I didnt feel confident enough to take her. So instead, I waited for my husband to come home so I could just go on my own. Once he was settled in, I grabbed my purse and car keys and headed to the store. During my shopping, I called to order chinese food for dinner which I would pick up on the way home. So I complete my shopping and am going to check out when I realize I don't have my effing wallet because I took it out of my bag earlier to do something. I called my husband and he said to just go home, get my wallet, and then go pick up dinner, so I did. But ugh..I feel so fucking stupid.
