My breast feeding journey has come to an end and over the past 4 days I've started the process of drying out. I'm wondering how I know when I'm done drying up? I've gone a day and a half without having to pump a little out for relief but I'm still experiencing the occasional let down. Also what happens when your done? does the milk you've already made just leak out or do you have to express it or what? I'm a ftm and this is all new to me, your advice and answers are very appreciated 🙂
