(Mid) back pain is killing me!!

Im almost 37 weeks and been having such a terrible back ache. Its not lower back ache “contraction-like” pain but kinda in the mid back. Im guessing the weight of the baby. 🙈What can I do or take to relieve the pain?? Im still working and feel miserable! 😿
