I need help loosing weight.

Okay so a little about me. I finished school last year and from all the stress of getting the marks and applying for uni I turned to stress eating. I put about 15-20 kilos in one year during this time.

I am now suffering the consequences of this weight gain. I am very self conscious, I don’t like having sex without keeping my shirt on or sucking in my stomach, none of my clothes fit anymore.

I was just wondering if anyone knew any good tips on loosing weight quickly but still being healthy. Also any exercises focused on legs and core that I can do.
