Nipples got bigger from the pill?

so I recently started hormonal birth control pills back in November and I noticed that my nipples look like theyve gotten significantly bigger. Ive heard of people's boobs getting bigger and stuff like that but my nipples are like bigger and puffier, kinda like circle cushions. is this because of the pill or is this a getting older thing? Ive had "not even fill an a-cup" boobs since puberty 10 years ago, does this happen?

Nope that's the pill it does that to me too. It also makes them darker
