100% normal my dr would always ask me was I doing a lot of activity because that generally happens. I was never active tho 😩 you're totally fine.

It depends on the pregnancy, every pregnancy is different and any dr I’ve ever had told me any type of spotting can during the first trimester could indicate a Mc so rather then to assume it’s better to have an ob check bc they can tell you where the blood even brown blood came from. The first Mc I’ve ever had start d out with brown blood, the second Mc I had was red blood, and the third Mc I had I never had any symptoms or spotting and my body refused to Mc naturally yet the baby stopped developing at 8 weeks a week after I saw the heart beat I came back and the baby didn’t have one. I had to have a d&c.;

I’m spotting again. Even though I did spot with my last two pregnancies, it’s still scary my third time around. I’m hoping it’s nothing to worry about.
