Weird pain down there..

Ever since I’ve given birth to my daughter something isn’t right down there. Obviously, I know things are different and I had a third degree tear but this is something else. The part in red circle. Every time I have to pee or some times just randomly when it will cramp up really bad. Just the top of it. What is going on?
