Sperm health/ male multivitamin?

Hi Ladies,
My partner and I have been TTC for 13 months now.  We conceived in August & sadly lost at 13wks in October. 
I am on a pregnancy multivitamin & have been when I conceived my other children. 
Just wondering - is there a 'sperm health' multivitamin which my partner should be taking?

There is my husband takes the one a day men’s vitamin for “strong and healthy sperm” we’ve been ttc for 3 months and have been having unprotected sex for almost two years and I have yet to conceive so hopefully this will help 😊

I too have been wondering about this. I've done some research and Fertilaid makes some for men and women but there are a lot of brands and I don't know which is best.

following as I’ve been curious on the same we’ve seen a bunch in stores but he doesn’t want to try one unless it has good reviews or someone has had a good experience with it
